E-Library

The ITSC is pleased to announce E-Library, a new feature on the ITSC website. E-Library is a repository of UI Modernization technical documents from participating states that enables other UI agencies to rapidly find and use the documents for their specific modernization efforts. E-Library can be accessed in the “Members Only” section of the ITSC website.

UI SIDES

ITSC is pleased to announce the availability of the requirements and design documents for the UI Separation Information Data Exchange System (SIDES)

Unemployment Insurance Separation and Information Data Exchange System (UI SIDES), is a web services based system that enables the communications and transmission of UI separation information requests from UI agencies to multi-state employers and/or Third Party Administrators (TPAs) as well as the replies containing the requested separation information.

The result of this project should be the availability of more efficient, accurate, and timely information for all affected parties in the UI non-monetary separation issues area. This should greatly enhance the UI process in terms of timeliness, quality and reduced cost, by having electronic, automated interactions between larger employers, TPAs, and state UI Agencies.
