Alternative/Extended Base Period

As more states consider adoption of an Alternative/Extended Base Period (ABP) for New Claims, there have been numerous inquiries regarding policies and procedures used by states that have an ABP provision in their state law. The ITSC developed a questionnaire and asked all states that have an ABP to respond.

At this time, the ITSC is pleased to share the results we have received to date, along with state contact information.
